What to Include in a Correction
- Page URL. Copy the exact medicalcentreindia.org/ page.
- Issue. Tell us what is wrong or outdated.
- Source/proof. Share the hospital page, official notice, public board photo or reliable link if available.
- Date checked. Mention when you confirmed the correction.
What Not to Send
